Replaces the patient register · OPD clinics and physiotherapy centres

One record per patient across OPD and therapy, in every branch — with the sittings counted, the follow-ups dated, and the reminders going out on their own. Built for a clinic that runs both halves and is tired of reconciling two books.

One record

A register needs three books for this.

The OPD register, the therapy register and the receipt book — and by the third week of a package they disagree with each other. Here it is one screen, and the sittings count themselves down.

An example record. Not a real patient.

What you actually get

  1. 01

    The clinic app

Reception, doctors, therapists and the clinic admin. Patients, the OPD grid, the therapy schedule, billing and reports.

  2. 02

    The organisation view

One login across every branch, with a switcher. Roles, catalogues and reports per clinic, run from the top.

  3. 03

    Your booking link

A page patients can book from without calling, that writes straight into the same grid reception works in.

What it does

Patients

One record, both services
Registration, every OPD visit, every therapy package and every payment on one screen in date order. No second register for physio.
No duplicate files
A phone number belongs to one patient. Register someone who already exists and it tells you, instead of quietly opening a second file that will disagree with the first.
The prescription, photographed
Snap the handwritten sheet and it attaches to that visit. The paper can go in a drawer instead of into a file somebody has to find again.

OPD

The day as a grid
Every doctor’s slots for today on one screen. Book, move or cancel in the grid, and the patient’s reminder follows the change.
Doctors who sit at different times
One sits Monday evenings, another Tuesday mornings. Each keeps their own schedule and the grid only ever offers a slot that exists.
Follow-ups that happen
“Come back in ten days” becomes a dated recall with a reminder attached, rather than a line in a register nobody reads back.

Therapy

Sittings that count themselves
Check a patient in and the package decrements. Everyone can see how many are left, including the patient, so nobody argues about it at the desk.
Renewals before they lapse
Packages ending this week surface on their own, with the reminder ready to send. A course that stops two sittings early is a course that did not work.
The week, by therapist
A weekly grid per therapist and therapy type, replacing the whiteboard — and flagging anyone who is not in today.

Staff and money

Attendance from their own phone
Marked in seconds, optionally checked against the clinic’s location. A therapist who has not marked present stops appearing in the check-in list, so a sitting cannot be booked to someone who is not there.
Roles you define
Not four fixed roles. You decide what a receptionist, a doctor or a junior therapist can see and do, per clinic.
Cash, UPI, part payments
Including the half-paid package and the balance cleared three weeks later. Expenses too, so the monthly figure is the real one.
