These terms apply to connec8.org, a website operated by M/S Connec8, registered at House 22, Panchwati Colony, Bairagarh, Huzur Road, Airport Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462030, India. Using the site means accepting them.

They do not govern the products. If you are a customer of GymConnec8, ClinicConnec8 or Connec8 Desk, your relationship with us is governed by that product’s own terms of service, which you accepted when you signed up. Where those terms and these ones differ, those ones win for anything to do with the product.

The pages here describe our products so you can decide whether one of them is for you. We keep them accurate, but a description is not a specification: features change, prices change, and what a product does on the day you sign up is what you are buying — not what a marketing page said the month before.

Prices, plan contents and feature lists live on each product’s own site and in its own contracts. Nothing on connec8.org is an offer or a quotation, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Where this site shows an example — a sample patient record, an example call, a screenshot — it is labelled as one. The people in them are invented, and no real customer’s data appears anywhere on this site.

The text, design, marks and images on this site belong to M/S Connec8 unless stated otherwise. “Connec8”, “GymConnec8”, “ClinicConnec8” and “Connec8 Desk”, and the marks used for them, are ours.

You are welcome to read, print and link to these pages. You may not copy the design or the copy for your own product, or present our material as yours.

This site links to our product sites, to their sign-in pages, and to WhatsApp. We are not responsible for what a third-party service does or for its availability, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the destination itself.

We try to keep this site up, and we will take it down when we need to change it. It is provided as it is: we do not promise it will always be reachable or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the marketing content on it. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
