Privacy

This policy covers connec8.org — the website you are reading. It is a brochure for the company and its products. There is no sign-up on it, no contact form, no payment and no customer data.

It does not cover the products. GymConnec8, ClinicConnec8 and Connec8 Desk each publish their own privacy policy on their own site and inside their own application, and those are the documents that govern the data a customer puts into them. If you are a customer asking what happens to your members’, patients’ or callers’ data, that is where to look — or write to us and we will point you at the right one.

No account, no form, no cookie set by us. We do not run advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and there is nothing here that follows you to another one.

One thing is stored in your browser. When you choose “I run a gym” or “I run a clinic” on the home page, that single choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key connec8:audience, so the page remembers it if you come back. It never leaves your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. Declining to store it — a private window, or storage switched off — changes nothing except that the page will not remember.

Fonts are served from this site’s own domain rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page here does not send a request to a third party on your behalf.

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps ordinary technical logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. These exist so that the site can be operated and abuse investigated. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not sell or share them.

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email client. Nothing is submitted to us until you choose to send it, and it goes to us the way any message does.

If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use them to reply, not to market at you.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. A message you send us through it passes through their systems, and that is outside our control.

This site links to gymconnec8.com, clinicconnec8.com, connec8-desk.com and the sign-in pages for each product. Those are ours, and each has its own policy. It also links to WhatsApp, which is not.

If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, write to us and we will deal with it. If you are exercising a right under applicable Indian data protection law, say so and we will treat it as a formal request.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because this site does not have one.
