Connec8 Plans
Replaces the plan written out by hand · Gyms and trainers who sell plans
Twelve weeks of workout and diet, drafted from what the member told you themselves and published only once your trainer has signed it off. For a gym that sells plans, or a trainer who is the gym.
One plan
Your trainer corrects it. They do not write it.
The member answered five questions at the QR code on your wall. The draft is made of those answers — including the shoulder — and it waits in review until somebody on your staff has read it and pressed publish.
An example plan. Not a real member.

What you actually get
- 01
The staff app
Where a trainer reviews a draft, swaps an exercise, changes sets and reps, and publishes. Also where a member’s app access is switched off the day they leave.
- 02
The member app
Android and iOS. The plan your staff approved, the sets logged against it, calories for the day, and progress over the twelve weeks.
- 03
A QR on the wall
How a member asks for a plan. They scan, answer the questions themselves, and the request lands in the review queue.
What it does
How a plan starts
- The member fills in their own intake
- Goal, experience, injuries, what they will not eat, how many days a week they can actually come. Nobody at the desk retypes any of it, and the trainer reads it before they read the draft.
- A draft, not a blank page
- Twelve weeks of push, pull and legs, and a diet to match, written against that intake. The trainer’s job becomes correcting something rather than starting at eight in the evening with nothing.
- Nothing reaches a member unread
- The draft sits in review until a person publishes it. Swap an exercise, change the sets, ask for an alternative — the member sees the version your gym approved, not the one a model wrote.
What the member gets
- The plan, in an app, not a photo
- Each day’s workout with the sets to do, and the diet beside it. It is theirs, it is current, and it does not scroll away in a WhatsApp group.
- Logged, not remembered
- They tick off sets as they do them and log what they ate. The next plan starts from what actually happened rather than from the last plan.
- Access you control
- One switch per member in the staff app. Someone who stops being your member stops having the plans your gym paid to write.
What it costs to run
- Credits, spent on drafts
- A workout plan costs one credit and a diet plan two. Your trainer’s edits cost nothing, so reviewing properly is never the expensive option.
- Month to month
- Tiers by members, staff seats and credits, in rupees, from the app. Upgrade, downgrade or stop — there is no year to sign.
- Beside your register, or on its own
- GymConnec8 runs the membership register and has plans of its own. Connec8 Plans is the plans half standing alone, for a gym whose register is already somewhere else — or on paper, and staying there.

Connec8 Plans has its own site.
Pricing by tier, the screens both apps actually have, and the questions a gym owner asks first are on the Connec8 Plans site.
